Description: Short description: PISKARYOV NICOLAI Ivanovich 1892 (BEZHIT OF ORLOV GUBERNIA) 1959. KNOWN GRAPHIC, ZHIVOPISETS, SKULPTOR. Taught at the typographic and book printing department of the Faculty of Printing (Graphic and Print) of Vkhutemas-Vhutein (1921-1930). As an educator and artist, he had a significant influence on the development of Soviet polygraphic art (along with V.A. Favorsky).
