Short description: In 1920-1922 he studied at the Kyiv Art Institute, at the Jewish Theatre Studio with I. M. Tchaikov, N. Shifman, I. M. Rabinovich, A. G. Tyshler. He began his creative activity at the Theatre of Studio Productions with V. Koych and I. Chuoy, where he designed two productions in 1924-1925 (Prodelki Scapen Molier and the Death of Pazukhin M. Saltykov-Shchedrin). In 1925 he moved to Moscow, where he studied in the theatre department of the Faculty of Painting at VxUTEIN (1926-1930), worked in the theatre department with D. Sterenberg, Rabinovich, A. Omerkin, and at the same time attended the theatre studio of V. G. Sakhnovsky. Please feel free to contact us for a detailed description of the copies available.
